有位老师进了教室，在白板上点了一个黑点。
他问班上的学生说：「这是什么？」
大家都异口同声说：「一个黑点。」
老师故作惊讶的说：「只有一个黑点吗？这么大的白板大家都没有看见？」
你看到的又是什么呢？是否只有看到别人身上的黑点；却忽略了他拥有了一大片的白板呢？其实每个人必定有很多的优点，换一个角度去看吧！你会有更多新的发现。
One day, a teacher used market pen to dot a black point on the white board.
He asked his students:"What is this?"
All of them reply:"a black point."
Then the teacher said:"just a black point? Don't you saw that there is a big white board there?"
How about you? Are you also just can view other person 'black point'; and neglect their 'white board'? Actually, every person must has their own abilities. So, don't because of his or her weakness, we reject them.
